All clients are asked to complete a Privacy Statement and Consent Form to ensure transparency.

Sharing Between PNP Entities

PNP Housing and Community Solutions operate as separate entities. If both provide services to a shared client, personal or sensitive information will only be exchanged with proper consent and through secure channels, managed by our Privacy Team.

Your information is stored securely, whether in physical or electronic formats. We use password protection, secure servers, and internal access controls.
When no longer required, personal information is destroyed or de-identified in accordance with our Archiving, Retention and Disposal Policy.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting our Privacy Officer.
A completed Application for Access to Information Form may be required for guardians or decision-makers acting on behalf of individuals we support.
If access is granted, we will provide it in your preferred format within a reasonable time frame. Some information may be redacted to protect the privacy of others.
